BEST PRACTICES FOR WOOD WICK CANDLES - Trim the wick to 1/8 of an inch and remove all the wick trimmings before each use. - When lighting a wood wick candles for the first time, make sure to light the entire way across the wick to allow for an even burn. - Each time you burn, ensure the melted wax reaches the edges of its container. Give enough time for the candle to completely cool before relighting. - Wood wick candles should be smoke free. If your candle is smoking, it is likely in a drafty area or the wick needs another trim.
I am a loyal and dedicated customer to this company. I LOVE all their candles. My favorite scents to date have been Orange Grove and Patchouli Rose as I have a major love affair with PATCHOULI. Since those scents have been discontinued, I've ordered just about every scent they make, and have NOT been disappointed. Their candles last longer and burn better than any on the market. Trust me, I have tried them all.... even the extremely expensive ones that just disappoint when burning. I also have their wax melters and candle accessories (tray, wick dipper, snuffer and wick scissors). All top notch and of very nice quality. This company does not disappoint with their products and I'll be a customer for life. Thanks guys for offering such an outstanding product! :)
