What is your shipping policy?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How about returns or exchanges?

Well, this is where it gets a little tough for us. We understand that you are taking a risk in purchasing a new fragrance online. Until the powers at be design a virtual “scratch-n-sniff”, there may be times that you end up with something you are just not a fan of. Thats ok! We do not take it personally. We will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise once we receive it back into our lab space, as long as the is in the original packaging, unused, and unburned in the case of candles. We do not offer return shipping.

Alternatively, if you would like to keep the product and gift it to someone else that may enjoy it, we can offer you 10% off your next order if you’d like to try a different fragrance. Just reach out to us at hello@redwoodand.co for a super-secret code.

How do I order wholesale?

Oh, that one is easy. Just email us! hello@redwoodand.co. Please be sure to let us know where you are located. We do our best to zip code protect, so we do not want to step on anyone’s toes.
